Hotel Reservation
The Arizona Biltmore is sold out of rooms for the nights of our conference, November 7-10, 2010. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Biltmore, a half mile from the conference site, at a special rate of $169/night. Make your reservations by calling the Embassy Suites Biltmore at 602-955-3992 and mentioning the VCF Conference. Shuttle service between hotels will be available. All rooms must be guaranteed by a credit card. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance, otherwise the guest will forfeit one night's room plus tax. Special room rates are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are only available for reservations made on or before Friday, October 15, 2010.
Golf Outing
Retailers and Manufacturers are invited to enjoy a round of golf and boxed lunch on November 7th at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club Adobe Course, courtesy of Compliance Networks; tee time at 12:00 pm. Service providers are eligible to register for a fee of $150/golfer. To register, submit your completed registration form to Diane Honey via e-mail at dhoney@vcfww.com or fax at 908-462-3887.
